The Mosaic car is truly art and not transportation. It started life as a fiat 850 and then was transformed using Mosaic tiles. All surfaces are covered including the windscreen. It's parked on the main drag in Key West. If you are riding a bike you will see it..... If you are driving something faster, you'll probably miss it.
