Many others have documented the importance of Logo as a teaching tool for children. The purpose of this page is to share with you the lesson plans I have developed to work with 3rd and 4th grade students. These plans use Logo Writer for Macintosh as the program. This software is no longer available on the open market. The fifth grade students use MicroWorlds which uses Logo as a scripting language behind the interface. The plans are given in HTML and in Portable Document Format (PDF). |
