Students are no longer satisfied to simply receive information. They are demanding to CREATE IT. The digital revolution is their revolution. Born in it, their lives are now one with it. Whether it be Nintendo, Pokemon Gameboy, CD Music, MP3 downloads or burning their own custom CDs, todays youth will create. Programming the computer no longer will be a job for a few. This generation will be forced to create applications, devise solutions and interface with the machine environment that surrounds their lives. MicroWorlds gives students a beginning, a place to start. Using a graphical interface with the backbone of the LOGO programming language students can create their own important MicroWorld. This site hopefully will help that beginning.
