We have named our robot the, Dragonfly. We want our robot to stop at dark colors, turn (360) and then back up. We are trying to put light sensors on. None of us really know what each thing does, but it is something to find out. We chose to use big wheels in the back of the robot and small wheels in the front. We found some wings to use too. We put the motors on which attaches to the gears. We put the wheels on after the gears. We tested it out by spinning the wheels and that makes the gears spin so we think it works. Finally we figured it out by putting on the wheels but it doesn't work! Now we are trying to put the wheels on. We want to use the big wheels. We still can figure out how to use the wheels. The gear was too small so we needed a bigger gear. We finally got on the gears but then we needed bigger wheels. Then we tried the biggest wheels but we thought they were too big. We are trying to get the wheels on but they won't stay on. We found some cool pieces and put them on. Then we decided to change the name to The Chopper. We finally got it. We put the wheels on in the back. We went from failure to genius. We just need to even the wheels out. Then it should work! :
to thechopper Our program goes forward for 4 seconds, stops for 1 second, then goes backwards for 4 seconds, turns, forward for 4 seconds, then does a 360 for 3.3 seconds, forwards for 4 seconds, then turns, then goes backwards for 1 second, forwards for 1 second, forwards for 4 seconds, then turns backwards in a circle. |
